On Tuesday, 9 February 2016 the meeting of the six EU Founding Countries’ Foreign Ministers will be held at Villa Madama
A press point will be held at 7:00 p.m. approx.
Journalists, photographers and TV cameramen interested in attending are kindly requested to apply for online accreditation by filling the interactive form at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter of the media of belonging and, for representatives of foreign media, a third-person note released by the Rome Embassy of the Country to which the media represented belongs).
Should it result impossible to carry out the accreditation online, applications can be sent by email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210).
Accreditation badges must be collected in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accessing it from the back entrance on Via Macchia della Farnesina from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Punctuality is of the essence to allow for the required security checks.
Villa Madama will be closed to private traffic and therefore a shuttle bus service from the Farnesina to Villa Madama and return will start running from 5:30 p.m.
