Accreditation notice: “The Ideas of EXPO 2015 – Towards the Milan Charter” (Milan, 7 February 2015)

On Saturday 7 February at 14.15, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Lapo Pistelli, will hold a press conference during the event entitled “The Ideas of EXPO 2015 – Towards the Charter of Milan”. The event itself will run from 10.00 to 17.30 at the Bicocca Hangar, Sala delle Torri (via Chiese 2).

Organised by the Ministry for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies in collaboration with the EXPO, the event will provide a focal point for all public and private actors interested in EXPO 2015 and its theme of “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”. Its aim is to examine all of the initiatives and projects envisaged for the six months of the Universal Exposition.

“The Ideas of EXPO 2015” will consist of 41 thematic discussion groups, each of which will examine one of the EXPO sub-topics. Participants will include representatives of national and international institutions and of the academic world, civil society and the most important associations with an interest in the topics concerned.
