A reminder that the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, will be meeting the German Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, at 11.15 on Friday 28 November 2014. The meeting will take place during the Ministerial Conference launching the Khartoum Process.
A joint press conference is scheduled for the end of the meeting.
Journalists, TV Crews and photographers interested in covering the event must apply for specific accreditation, as explained below.
Online accreditation system.
First register at the following link: https://www.italia2014registration.eu/2440/mediahome.aspx?LANG=IT, then fill out the required form and upload a photo (Jpeg only) and a scanned copy (Jpg or Pdf only) of the following documents:
– passport or other valid photo ID;
– a letter from your media organisation
– professional ID card (in place of letter from media organisation. The ID card is obligatory for free-lance operators).
Journalists already registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs online accreditation system will receive, at their first access, a system message allowing them to recover their registration data and documents.
Online accreditation closes at 18.00 on Thursday 27 November.
To obtain last-minute accreditation, submit the documentation envisaged for online accreditation and collect your badge at the Press Accreditation Office (NH Midas Hotel di Roma, Via Aurelia no. 800) from 07.30 to 12.00 on Friday 28 November.
If you have already collected your badge for the “Rabat Process” and “Khartoum Process” events you can use the same badge for this press conference also.
Accredited journalists, TV Crews and photographers wishing to follow the joint press conference should report to the Press Accreditation Office (address as above) from 10.30 to 11.15 on Friday 28 November 2014.
