The Italy-Lebanon Media Forum will be held in the International Conference Room of the Foreign Ministry in Rome on Monday 16 June at 10:00. An exchange of ideas among Italian and Lebanese journalists on Lebanon’s domestic equilibrium and the regional situation.
Deputy Foreign Minister Lapo Pistelli and Foreign Ministry Secretary General Michele Valensise will deliver the opening speeches.
Three work sessions will follow:
10:30 “The Lebanese political situation since the start of the Syrian crisis and prospects in light of the role played by area countries”
11:30 “The economic and demographic consequences of the Syrian crisis on Lebanon”
14.00 “Challenges in the Mediterranean and Middle East as seen from Beirut “
