The Central European Initiative (CEI) will hold a meeting at the Palazzo della Regione in Trieste, home to its Secretariat, on Wednesday 13 June 2012. Participants at the meeting, held under the Ukrainian Presidency, will include Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs Marta Dassù and the foreign ministers of the CEI Member Countries.
The agenda includes the following moments with the press:

- Roundtable shot of the opening of the sessions (Palazzo della Regione).
16.00
- Press conference – to be conducted in English only – with the Ministers of the enlarged Troika (Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary and Italy) and CEI Secretary General (Palazzo della Regione).
Accreditation
Journalists and camera operators interested in covering the event are asked to apply for accreditation, no later than Sunday 10 June 2012, by completing the interactive form available at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp to which all required documentation can be attached in digital format.
If in exceptional cases it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications in writing on company letterhead and signed by the director of the organisation concerned—indicating name, surname, date and place of birth, number of a valid ID document and qualification—should be sent by fax to the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (tel. 063691.3432 fax 06.3691.2122).
Accreditation badges will be distributed in person, upon presentation of a valid ID, at the press accreditation desk of the Press Room set up in the Palazzo della Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia (entrance at Riva del Mandracchio, 2), according to the following timetable:
12 June 2012 – from 15.00 to 19.00
13 June 2012 – from 9.00 to 16.00
Access to the events
Photographers and camera persons covering the press moments at 13.30 must report to the Press Room (Palazzo della Regione) no later than 12.30 Wednesday 13 June.
Accredited journalists covering the press conference at 16.00 must report to the Press Room (Palazzo della Regione) no later than 15.00 Wednesday 13 June.
