The Pizzarotti firm was awarded a 246-million euro construction management contract for the 3-year Portonovi tourist resort project in the heart of Montenegro’s “Boka”.
The project concerns the adaptation of the former Kumbor naval base into a luxury tourism complex.
That will be the first “One and Only” hotel in the Mediterranean, which includes a conference centre, tourist marina for 220 luxury yachts, high-end shopping area, two beach clubs, 273 apartments and houses and sports facilities. Work should begin in early 2016.
