A Protocol of Cooperation for commercial, industrial, cultural relations and technology exchange was signed between the Piedmont Technology Pole and the Commercial Association of the Federal District of Brasilia. The Protocol was signed last 24 February via videoconference with the Italian Embassy in Brasilia. It is the first technological cooperation agreement that the Federal District signs with an Italian Region.
At the signing ceremony, Italian Ambassador Francesco Azzarello, the Regional Councillor for Production Activities of Piedmont, Andrea Tronzano, and the president of HBW, Antonio Graziano, had the opportunity to discuss the cooperation perspectives for high-tech biomedical companies in one of Brazil’s most economically active areas with the
President of the Commercial Association of the Federal District, Fernando Pedro de Brites, the Representative of the District, Julia Lucy Marques Araújo, and the President of the Federal District Council of Businesswomen, Ivonice Campos.
