Telephone conversation between Minister Di Maio and the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov

On May 19, 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov. At the centre of the conversation there was the Libya dossier, which remains a priority issue for Italy. Minister Di Maio reiterated the need to work synergistically to put an end to the conflict.
