Minister for Foreign Affairs Giulio Terzi expressed his deep satisfaction with the release of the Italian fishing boat “Artemide”, which was allowed to set sail for Italy from the port of Alexandria this morning.
The fishing boat, detained since 3 October, was released thanks to the full collaboration of the Egyptian authorities and the decisive role played by Ambassador of Italy in Cairo, Claudio Pacifico who, along with the foreign ministry, immediately alerted the local authorities and offered continuous assistance to the Italian vessel.
