Addis Ababa – Agreement with Italian firm for viewing Series A in Ethiopia
As a result of an agreement between the Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) and TVN Media Group of Milan, the Series A matches of the Italian soccer championship will be available for the viewing pleasure of the 90 million inhabitants of Ethiopia, a country with strong historic ties with Italy. Cable manufacturer Prysmian was awarded a 550 million EUR contract for the construction of two-thirds of an undersea electrical trunkline connecting the UK and Norway.
