2nd Edition – Call for Applications for the a.y. 2026-2027

For the 2026-2027 academic year, the MAECI will offer up to 20 scholarships worth €9,000 each. These scholarships will have a duration of 9 months, beginning on October 1, 2026.

Each recipient may apply to renew the scholarship for the second year of study through a separate call for applications to be published during the 2026-2027 academic year, provided they have earned at least 36 university credits by September 30, 2027.

Applications for the second edition of the program are open from June 3, 2026, and will close on June 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM Rome time.

The application procedures are described in Article 5 of the CALL FOR APPLICATIONS.

For more information regarding the courses, please refer to the pages on the “Foro Italico” University website:

First Edition – Renewals for the a.y. 2026–2027

Scholarship recipients from the first edition of the program (2025–2026 academic year) who intend to continue their studies in the 2026–2027 academic year may apply to renew their scholarship for the second year of study. To do so, they must have earned at least 36 university credits by September 30, 2026.

By that date, interested students must submit their application to concorsi.ammissione@uniroma4.it , along with a copy of their passport and a transcript of their completed courses.

When applying for scholarship renewal, the student must also submit an internship proposal. Failure to submit this proposal does not in itself prevent scholarship renewal, but it is expected that the internship will be completed by the end of the second year of the master’s degree program.
