The Italian Embassy in Berlin has hosted an event to present the 14th Architecture Biennale, entitled “Fundamentals”, which opens on 7 June 2014 at the Giardini and the Arsenale in Venice. Speakers included Ambassador Elio Menzione, Biennale President Paolo Baratta, and the Director of this year’s edition, Rem Koolhaas. The 2014 Biennale will feature three complementary themes: “Absorbing Modernity 1914-2014”, “Elements of Architecture” and “Monditalia”. Read more, in Italian.
