The concert organised by the National Theatre in Belgrade to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Giuseppe Verdi met with an enthusiastic and emotional response from the audience. The event, organised by the Italian Embassy in Belgrade and the Italian Cultural Institute with support from the Italian-Serbian Business Council, was attended by the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic.
