Applications are now open to take part in the Italy Pavilion at GovWare 2026, the leading cybersecurity trade event in the Asia-Pacific region, scheduled to take place in Singapore from 13 to 15 October 2026 as part of Singapore International Cyber Week.

The initiative is aimed at Italian startups and innovative SMEs active in the cybersecurity sector and represents an opportunity for international promotion in one of the most dynamic and strategic markets for the development of digital technologies.

For the first time, Italy will participate in the event with a National Pavilion, organised through cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), as part of efforts to support the internationalisation of Italian companies in the sector.

GovWare is the flagship exhibition of Singapore International Cyber Week and hosts over 300 exhibitors and more than 14,000 participants from over 90 countries each year. The event brings together government representatives, large corporations, investors, industry operators and the academic community, offering opportunities for networking, business development and technological collaboration.

The 2026 edition will place particular emphasis on artificial intelligence applied to security, the resilience of critical infrastructure and the evolution of international cybersecurity regulations. The programme will also include technical sessions, technology demonstrations and meetings dedicated to the presentation of innovative solutions.

The initiative forms part of the activities promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in implementation of Measure 50 of the Implementation Plan of the National Cybersecurity Strategy 2022–2026, which supports the internationalisation of Italian companies developing products and services for digital security. In this context, participation in GovWare represents an additional step in the strategy to promote Italy’s cybersecurity ecosystem internationally, which in recent years has seen an increased Italian presence at major global industry events, from the RSA Conference in San Francisco – where Italy has had a National Pavilion since 2025 – to the recent debut at the InCyber Forum Europe in Lille. These initiatives are complemented by internationalisation and acceleration programmes promoted by INNOVIT, the Italian innovation hub of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in San Francisco.

Participation in the Italy Pavilion is free of charge.

Applications may be submitted until 19 June 2026.
