Reminder – Press Accreditation Notice – Italo-Russian Civil Society Dialogue Forum (Farnesina, 4 July 2019)

On Thursday, 4 July 2019, the Farnesina will host the Italo-Russian Civil Society Dialogue Forum, organised by the Presidents of the Forum in association with ISPI. The event will be attended by Italian and Russian high-level representatives of the world of business and culture.

At the end of the Forum, at around 6:30 p.m., the meeting will be addressed by the Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte and by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.

  

Only the two closing addresses will be open to the press and can be covered by photographers and TV crews directly from the conference hall (International Conference Hall) and by journalists from the closed circuit system in the salle d’écoute (Sala Saraceno).

Due to the limited capacity of the International Conference Hall, it will be necessary to form pools of photographers and cameramen.

  

MEDIA ACCREDITATION

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in covering the event are requested to apply for accreditation by and no later than 1 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 July, in one of the following two ways:   

• ONLINE, at the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching thereto the requested documentation in digital format (letter of his/her media organization containing his/her personal data and, for members of the foreign press, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).

 • VIA E-MAIL to: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it, (Tel: +39 06/3691.3432 – 06/3691.8573), attaching thereto the aforesaid documentation.

 

To apply for authorization to position satellite trucks, you will have to send in the vehicle model and license plate via e-mail to the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. +39 06/3691.3432-8573-8210) by and no later than 1 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 July.

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews may enter the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, from the rear entrance on Via Macchia della Farnesina, in the following timeslots:

  •   photographers and TV crews: from 5 p.m. and by no later than 6 p.m.  (International Conference Hall)
  •   journalists: from 5:30 p.m. and by no later than 6:30 p.m. (salle d’écoute).

 

Media representatives are hereby informed that on the occasion of the Italo-Russian Civil Society Dialogue Forum, Public Security Authorities have adopted several measures to limit car traffic and the use of the parking lots adjacent to the Farnesina Building. In particular, no parking will be allowed on Via Macchia della Farnesina.
