On Monday, 14 May 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Farnesina will host the presentation of “Business Opportunities for Italian companies with the World Bank Group”. The event is part of the initiatives promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to enhance the dissemination of information on the procurement-related business opportunities offered by major international institutions.
The presentation will open with remarks by the Foreign Ministry’s Director General for the Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation, Vincenzo De Luca, the Director General for Development Cooperation, Giorgio Marrapodi, and by the Desk Officer of the World Bank Group at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Paolo Cappellacci. The meeting’s agenda will continue with contributions by Mario Sander von Torklus, World Bank Special Representative to EU Institutions, Stephanie J. Miller, Director of IFC Western Europe, and Enzo De Laurentiis, World Bank Chief Procurement Officer.
The event will be open to the Press until around 11:30 a.m.
