On Wednesday, 20 December 2017, at 12.30 p.m., the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano will meet the Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias at Villa Madama.
There will be a joint press conference after their meeting ends at about 1.30 p.m.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews who wish to attend the press conference should apply for accreditation in one of the following ways:
– by filling out the interactive form and selecting the event at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country).
– by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching the letter of their media organisation (or press card for journalists) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country.
The accreditation badges must be collected in person at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, at the right-hand side of the main entrance, between 12.00 and 12.30 p.m.
Since Villa Madama is closed to private vehicles, there will be a return shuttle service between the Ministry and Villa Madama.
