The 3rd meeting of High Level Working Group on Humanitarian Challenges Posed by the Syrian Crisis will take place at the Foreign Ministry on Monday 3 February. The meeting will start at 10.00. Speakers include Foreign Minister Emma Bonino; the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Valerie Amos; and the European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid, Kristalina Georgieva.
The event will include the following “press points”:
9.15 – 9.45 filming of the opening speeches (Minister Bonino, Valerie Amos e Kristalina Georgieva) in English (only for photographers and TV crews) 12.00 closing press conferenceOnline accreditation system. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the press points should:
– complete the interactive form available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp
– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format
Required documentation:
– a letter from your media organisation
– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews should use the rear entrance to the Ministry in Via della Macchia della Farnesina, according to the following schedule:
from 8.15 to 8.45: to film the opening speeches (photographers and TV crews only)
· 11.00: for the press conference (journalists, photographers and TV crews)
