Today and tomorrow, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Emanuela Del Re, is attending the informal meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Ministers. The Gymnich meeting is being hosted in Helsinki under Finland’s rotating presidency of the European Council.
The informal meeting is scheduled to debate the following issues: the situation in the Gulf, transversal threats to security, the Arctic, the partnership with the Western Balkan Countries, the protection of human rights defenders.
