The Italian Cultural Institute of Bratislava is taking part in the Night of Literature, an event dedicated to the promotion of the best European literature translated into Slovak. As in previous editions, the ‘Night’ is coordinated by the Czech Centre of Culture, in collaboration with the cultural sections of the major European Embassies operating in Slovakia.
This year, Italy will be represented by the novel ‘Il colibrì’ by Sandro Veronesi, winner of the Premio Strega 2020, of which extracts will be read at the presentation. In Slovakia the book is published by Slovart.
