Turkey yesterday confirmed it would be participating in the 2015 Milan Universal EXPO. The Farnesina, Italian Embassy in Ankara and the EXPO2015 Society worked at length on this achievement, maintaining intense contacts with the Turkish authorities.
Turkey presence further enriches the EXPO’s already broad participation.
For its foreseen contribution to the theme of food security on which the EXPO is based, and for the size of the Pavilion that is to be built in a high-visibility area, Turkey promises to be one of the main protagonists of the upcoming event.
