Udine’s Chamber of Commerce has staged a trade mission led by the Chamber President, Giovanni Da Pozzo, and organised in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Maputo and the Italian-South African Chamber of Commerce.
The mission includes representatives from 14 Friuli-based companies interested in investment opportunities in Mozambique. The companies took part in B2B meetings with Mozambican companies in both Maputo and the provinces of Inhambane and Sofala.
An initial concrete result of the mission was Udine Chamber’s decision to take part, with at least 6/8 companies, in the International Fair in Maputo (FACIM), which runs from 27 August to 2 September 2012. Read more, in Italian.
