Barcelona is celebrating Pier Paolo Pasolini, the world-famous writer and director, with two events in May: an exhibition on his pivotal relationship with the city of Rome, and a film season retracing his life and career. The exhibition opens on 22 May 2013 and this year and next will travel to Paris, Rome and Berlin.
The initiative is being promoted by the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) and the Filmoteca de Catalunya, which asked for logistical support from the Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute. Read more, in Italian.
