Serbia – Italian firms look to Vojvodina for opportunities

Italian firms are looking with interest toward the autonomous Serbian province of Vojvodina, whose geographical location, resources and market links offer major opportunities to foreign investors. Over the past 10 years 250 foreign companies have set up in the region, among them approximately 50 Italian firms, which help to strengthen an already dense network of economic, cultural and historic relations, and contribute to the foreign ministry’s growth diplomacy policies.
