Afghanistan -Cooperation provides winter emergency kits in Herat

Through the Italian embassy in Kabul, the Italian Cooperation distributed winter emergency kits consisting of scarves, and other warm clothing to approximately 100 women for their families. The items were fakes confiscated by the customs police in Italy but certified to be of good quality, which were donated with the authorisation of the Italian judicial authorities to the “City of Foligno” Volunteers group which, in turn, donated them to the needy of Afghanistan.
