Italy-South Africa – Growing Science and Technology Cooperation

Italy is strengthening cooperation with South Africa through a 2014-16 executive science and technology programme signed during the 5th meeting of the Joint Italy-South Africa Commission in Pretoria. The Italian delegation was led by Italian ambassador to Pretoria Vincenzo Schioppa, while South Africa’s was led by Director General for the International resources of the Department of Science and Technology Daan du Toit.
