The 3rd UNESCO Forum on Culture and Cultural Industries will take place in Florence from 2 to 4 October. The event, organised by UNESCO with the Italian Ministry of Cultural Assets and Activities and Tourism, the Farnesina, the City of Florence, Region of Tuscany, is a high-profile international event that offers an opportunity for debate on the role of the culture industry as a driver of economic development and technological innovation. Attendees will include citizens, the media and business representatives.
“Declaration of Florence”
The event’s highpoint will be the adoption of a concluding document – the “Declaration of Florence” – containing the results of the debate.
