In response to a need for more observers, the OSCE Directorate of Human Resources has extended the deadline for the submission of applications for the post of Monitoring Officer with the Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine.
Recruitment of new observers
The recruitment of new observers arises from the need to take on the task of monitoring the ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine entrusted to the OSCE Mission after the Minsk Accord of 5 September 2014.
Application submissions

Candidates selected will receive a day-rate of 120 euros in addition to a monthly supplement of 1,400 euros funded by this ministry. Professional military or police applicants will be given preference.
