Two thousand participants from every part of the world in Rome ready to discuss the topics associated with the EXPO 2015 theme – Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life – in the UN’s largest diplomatic simulation in Italy, and one of the largest in Europe. Rome Model United Nations (RomeMUN) 2015 is a diplomatic simulation game that lets young participants step into the shoes of UN diplomats over 5 days of sessions and negotiations with a view to resolving some of the most pressing issues facing the international community. The event’s 6th edition, planned for 14-18 March 2015 in Rome, is being sponsored once again by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2000 delegates from around the world
As previous editions have done, next March’s is expected to attract a large number of delegates from every corner of the planet, who will come together to gain first-hand experience in multilateral diplomacy as well as to meet others of their own age in a veritable melting pot of national and cultures.
