Italy will be offering technical support to SMEs in southern Vietnam to help improve their competitiveness, according to the Director of the Italian Cooperation’s office in Vietnam, Riccardo Mattei during a meeting with the people’s committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the province of Dong Nai. “Italy”, he explained, “with its strong points in furnishings, footwear, apparel, farm production and machinery, is ready to offer technology to Vietnamese firms”.
