Hanoi – Italian gastronomical excellence wins

Vietnam’s best Italian restaurants and food shops joined forces on an Italian Food Festival, organised by the Italian business community in that Asian country with the patronage of the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Icham). The event offered the best in Italian culinary and gastronomical excellence from pizza to pasta. As Italian ambassador Cecilia Piccioni underscored, “it’s not only a question of cuisine, but our aim with this event is to present our culture to the Vietnamese public, and we hope to organise an even bigger event next year”.
