Italy’s Economic Diplomacy – 6 June: the latest from the world

“Italy for Companies” Roadshow makes a stop in Brescia

The next stop of the “Italy for Companies” Roadshow around the country will be in Brescia on June 8. The Roadshow, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and promoted with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development, is organised by the foreign trade agency ICE-Agenzia in association with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Brescia and ProBrixia – a Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce. As is customary, the main aim of the Roadshow is to illustrate to businesses all the promotion instruments made available by the Government as well as its policies to support and strengthen the companies’ capability of penetrating international markets.

The plenary session will open with institutional greetings, which will be followed by presentations by Giovanna Prandini, President of Pro Brixia and Mauro Parolini, the Regional Councillor for Economic Development of Lombardy. The following technical session will be opened and moderated by Carlo Formosa, the Foreign Ministry’s Principal Director General for the Internationalisation and Promotion of Italian Companies Abroad, and will continue with presentations by representatives of ICE, SACE and SIMEST. The Roadshow will close with a session dedicated to B2B meetings between the businessmen attending and the representatives of all the organisations present.
