Sofia – Italy takes centre stage at the Bansko Jazz Fest with Nada

The Bansko Jazz Fest is a renowned festival involving prestigious Bulgarian artists, but not only. Since 1998, at the foot of the majestic Pirin Mountains, musicians from all the corners of the world meet at the beginning of August to celebrate the most universal of all languages: music. Italy will be represented by Nada at this year’s Festival, which runs from 6 to 13 August and is staged in the evocative setting of the city of Blagoevgrad, in Bulgaria. Nada’s concert, organized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Sofia in partnership with the International Bansko Jazz Fest, will be held on Nikola Vaptsarov Square on Friday, 12 August (from 8 to 10:30 p.m.). For the public of the Bansko Jazz Fest, the famous Italian pop singer will perform the most iconic songs of her career along with songs drawn from Italian folk music. She will be accompanied by Luciano Turella (viola and percussion) and Fausto Mesolella (guitar).
