For the fifth edition of the “Vivacissimo! 2016” cycle, the Italian Cultural Institute (IIC) in Sydney has programmed a recital by pianist Cinzia Bartoli, who will perform a repertory of music by Chopin, Liszt, Ravel and Bruni. The concert will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on 25 of August at the premises of the IIC.
Ms Bartoli has been awarded prizes and acknowledgements at several national and international competitions, including Albenga and Stresa Competitions (1st prize), “F. Schubert” and the Musical Competitions in France (2nd prize) and received a recognition of distinction in music performance at the “Golden Palm” International Competition in Finale Ligure (Italy). She has frequently gone on tour abroad performing in Switzerland, Germany, France, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Belgium, Spain, Serbia, Montenegro, U.S.A. and South America (Brazil and Argentina). She also often plays in chamber music groups and orchestras. She is regularly invited in Romania to perform in concerts with the Orchestras Cluj-Napoca, Satu-Mare, Craiova and Bacau.
