International Procurement: “What to know and how to act” – Farnesina, 24 October 2017
The business opportunities offered by International Procurement processes will be the theme of the workshop entitled “How to do Business with the International Organizations” which will be held at the Farnesina on 24 October 2017.
International Organizations (IO) are large cost centres that every year generate large volumes of expenditures for goods and services: in 2016, the United Nations Agencies alone spent more than 5 billion dollars in goods and services in Europe.
On the Foreign Ministry’s Info Day, experts from the United Nations Agencies based in Geneva and in Rome will give an overview of the ongoing opportunities and projects in numerous sectors, spanning from civil engineering and project design services, to the installation of plant engineering systems and the provision of services in a wide variety of fields.
Admission to the workshop is free but requires applicants to register on the event’s website by 20 October (http://eventisistemapaese.esteri.it/Eventi/9/signin.asp?ID_Evento=9), which also publishes the details of the Workshop and its programme.
