MED 2017 is the third edition of the international conference co-organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and by the Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI). The event will convert Rome into a global hub for high-level dialogue on the enlarged Mediterranean, with the aim of redesigning traditional approaches and developing a new “positive agenda”. The event will be attended by over 800 leaders from the world of politics, business and culture – including 45 Heads of State, ministers and leaders of international organisations – and representatives of 80 think tanks and international institutions from 56 countries of the Mediterranean region and beyond.
