NORWAY – RIZZANI DE ECCHER WINS THE CONTRACT FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MOTORWAY.
The consortium formed by Italy’s Rizzani De Eccher and Belgium’s Besix has been awarded the contract by Norway’s Nye Veier, the concessionaire of the road network, for the design and construction of the new four-lane E6 motorway from Moelv to Roterud, some 150 km north of Oslo. The contract is worth around EUR 240 million.
The contract also includes the construction of a new bridge over the Mjsa River, with a project that makes extensive use of wood for the best possible climate sustainability.
