UNITED KINGDOM – WEBINAR ON HEALTH CERTIFICATES IN THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR

The Italian Embassy in London and the ICE Agency’s Brexit Desk are organising an information meeting on the introduction of mandatory health certificates in the agri-food sector. The effective date of the measure, initially scheduled for 1 April 2021, has now been postponed to 1 October 2021. The UK government’s decision responds to a request by businesses and the UK customs authorities for more time, to allow them to adapt to the new requirements under the Brexit agreement.  The webinar will be held tomorrow 16 March from 15:30 to 17:30 and will allow interested operators to receive all the information and updates from experts in the field.
