INFOCAMERE – NEW “ITALIAN BUSINESS REGISTER” CERTIFICATION SERVICE IN ENGLISH
The Italian Business Register (IBR) is the new platform launched by Infocamere allowing English-language speakers to directly consult the database of the Register of Companies enrolled with the Chambers of Commerce. This new version of the IBR has been designed for use by an international audience, to facilitate the search and retrieval of essential information for establishing reliable B2B relations between foreign operators and Italian companies. The IBR enables foreign operators to obtain information regarding the legal situation and the key financial and economic highlights of businesses registered in Italy, to verify the accuracy and veracity of information about a customer or potential supplier, or to identify possible partners; moreover, Italian companies involved in import-export activities will be facilitated when they need to provide official documents required by foreign authorities. The platform provides customised reports, financial statements, company lists and information on Italy’s 6 million companies and 10 million directors.
