Speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, at the Kosovo Assembly: “The challenge for the European Union is to restore credibility to the enlargement policy. The objective remains that of full accession of the Balkans. Italy hopes that the negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia can write a new page in history based on mutual respect and reciprocal understanding”.
