La Farnesina e Banca UBAE rafforzano la collaborazione a sostegno delle imprese italiane

The Foreign Ministry and the Union of Arab and European Banks (UBAE Bank) are becoming increasingly active in helping the Italian business community enter foreign markets, a mission that is a priority for both.


This shared commitment has recently led to closer collaboration between the MFA’s Directorate General for Country Promotion and UBAE Bank. The UBAE has been supporting internationally oriented Italian businesses since 1972, especially in the countries of North and Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, the Indian Sub-Continent and the region encompassed by the Commonwealth of Independent States.


The MFA and UBAE Bank have been cooperating for several years now – a collaboration that is now being intensified, at a time of projected economic growth for the geographical regions concerned. Their joint aim is to continue supporting Italian companies abroad while also fostering local development.


Meetings with Italian businesses with be an important element of the MFA and UBAE Bank’s renewed commitment to work together. Such meetings would include Country Presentations to illustrate opportunities in emerging economies, and economic, trade and institutional missions abroad.
