Malaysian Airlines plane: checks still under way

The Ministry is still carrying out checks using the information provided by Malaysian Airlines and the Dutch authorities on the plane allegedly shot down on the Russia-Ukraine border. It seems that one of the passengers, who was travelling with his son, had double Italian-Dutch citizenship. We are continuing our checks with other partners to rule out the presence of other Italian nationals on board the aircraft.
