Constitutional Court and Farnesina hold a memorial ceremony for diplomats who died in WW1

The president of the Constitutional Court, Prof. Paolo Grassi and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Elisabetta Belloni, this morning commemorated the diplomats and diplomatic personnel who fell in the service of their country during World War 1. Two wreaths were placed at the foot of the plaques installed to remember their sacrifice. The commemorative plaques are situated in the hall of Palazzo della Consulta, which was the seat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Colonies at the time of the First World War.
