Undersecretary Manlio Di Stefano took part this afternoon in the final event of “Restoration Week 2020”, an international event promoting the restoration sector organised by Agenzia ICE in cooperation with Assorestauro, with the qualified presence of international and national organisations and institutions in the cultural sector.
“From Russia to Turkey, from the Middle East to South America, the numerous restoration projects successfully completed by our companies all over the world bear witness to an experience and ability to do that make us recognised leaders in this sector throughout the world,” the Undersecretary stated.
“For this reason,” the Undersecretary added, “the Government, through the Foreign Ministry, has launched a major promotion plan, “Restoration Made in Italy”, to raise awareness and encourage the use of Italian skills around the world, where more and more countries are realising that cultural heritage not only has an inestimable intrinsic value, but can also be a fundamental component of economic growth and development”.
