We welcome with great satisfaction the news of the normalization of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Israel, another important step, after the agreement with the Emirates, on the road to peace and stability in the Middle East. The Italian hope is that this significant development may favour the relaunch of the Israeli-Palestinian Peace Process, which remains a crucial issue for a just and lasting peace in the region.
