To mark National Unity and Armed Forces Day, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), Ambassador Riccardo Guariglia, took part today, alongside the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court, Councillor Umberto Zingales, in the ceremony held at the Palazzo della Consulta in memory of the fallen victims of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Colonies in the First World War.
The commemoration provided an opportunity for reflection and to pay tribute to the staff of the two administrations who lost their lives during the conflict, honouring their memory and recognising the value of the service they rendered to the country.
