The 3rd annual Transparency Day will take place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday 4 June 2014 at 11:00, during which the Ministry’s 2014 Statistical Yearbook will be presented and at which Secretary General will deliver the welcome address Michele Valensise.
The publication, now in its 15th edition, gathers all the data pertaining to the organisation, resources, activities and services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its foreign network, offering an overview of Italian foreign affairs in numbers.
Online accreditation system. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:
– complete the interactive form available athttp://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp
– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format
Required documentation:
– a letter from your media organisation
– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.
If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your applicationby fax, on your media organisation’s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service via fax to 06/3691.7193 (tel. 06 36918573).
Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the main entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – left side – beginning at 10:30.
