Minister of Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini is scheduled to meet at the foreign ministry in Rome on Tuesday 29 July at 12:30 with Swiss Confederation President and head of the Federal Department for Foreign Affairs Didier Burkhalter.
The meeting will be followed by a press conference.
Journalists and camera operators interested in covering the event are asked to apply for specific accreditation using the online accreditation system available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, to which all required documentation can be attached in digital format (letterhead note from the home press organisation, note verbal issued by the Embassy on Rome of the home country of the organisation).
If in exceptional cases it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, requests may be sent by email or fax to the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (fax 06/3691.7193 – tel. 06/3691.3432).
Accredited journalists/photographers will be admitted at the Via della Macchia della Farnesina entrance starting at 12.30.
