On Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 July the Farnesina will host the 11th Conference of Ambassadors of Italy entitled “Diplomacy for Italy”. Speakers will include President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, President of the Council of Ministers Matteo Renzi and Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni.
The speeches may be covered in the conference room by photographers and TV crews, and in closed circuit in salle d’écoute by the press.
Online accreditation system. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the speeches by President Mattarella, Premier Renzi and Minister Gentiloni should:

– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format
Required documentation:
– a letter from your media organisation
– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.
The above must be submitted no later than 18:00 on Friday 24 July.
If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application by fax, on your media organisation’s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06/3691.3432-8573-8210).
Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the rear entrance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Via Macchia della Farnesina – according to the following timetable:
Requests for satellite positioning, license plate numbers and models of vehicles and personal data of their drivers must be submitted via e-mail to accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. 06/3691.3432-8573-8210) no later than 18:00 on Friday 24 July.
