On Wednesday 28 October at 11:00, the Farnesina will host the presentation to the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Italy of the XXI International Exposition of the Triennale di Milano “21st century. Design after Design”, to be held in Milan from 2 April to 12 September 2016. The presentation will take place in the ministry’s International Conference Room.
The exhibition, recognised by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), returns after 20 years since its last edition to contribute to conveying to the governments of the 176 invited nations, through their respective ambassadors, the Italian government’s hope for their numerous and high level participation.
The presentation will be introduced by Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Paolo Gentiloni, who will be followed by speakers who are to include BIE Secretary General Vicente Loscertales, President of the Lombardy Region Roberto Maroni, Alderman for Culture of the City of Milan Filippo Del Corno, Preident of FederlegnoArredo, Roberto Snaidero andPrsident of the Triennale di Milano Foundation Claudio De Albertis.
